Despite the fact that I turned 19 three years ago, I have never been to a VIP movie theatre. I always liked the idea of it, but was never willing to fork over the extra money for it. Turns out, it’s not as expensive as I thought, especially if you go on a Tuesday. And I finally had a movie that seemed worthy of the VIP treatment: Avengers Infinity War.

For those of you who don’t know, I’ve been watching all of the Marvel movies since the beginning of the year leading up to the release of Infinity War. The ‘one movie a week’ schedule was thrown off when they moved the premiere date up by a week, which also meant it came out during our trip to New York. Then life got in the way, so we didn’t see it until almost two weeks after it came out. I wasn’t particularly angry about the waiting part, but I was concerned about spoilers. I took steps to prevent them, but then Justine had a spoiler revealed to her. She wasn’t particularly upset by this, but I was concerned, to say the least. Justine talks a lot and I was worried that it would slip out. Luckily, we made it to the movie spoiler free.
The VIP Theatre was very nice. I like when you get to book seats so you don’t have to show up early. But we showed up early anyways to bask in the awesomeness that is VIP theatre. Leg room makes such a difference to the movie watching experience. I could cross and uncross my legs freely!
The movie was great but frustrating, to say the least. I won’t go into detail in case you haven’t seen it yet, and I would hate to spoil it for you. But 10/10 would recommend seeing movies in VIP.
